First taste…

…of an Olive! And she loves them! 17 months old and eating Olives… this little girl of mine has expensive tastes…

…obsession with Mac’s. OK, so I have my old iBook at home, and then there is my work MacBook, plus the iMac on my desk in the office. Also the two iPods (one is 2nd generation so stays in the car). 

Giggling lady number 1 is Ellen, over to stay with us for a few days with her 15 month old Amily, and the other is my better half. They were messaging eachother on Facebook as it didn’t occur to them to turn to the other and chat, you know, like real people do…

Clearing the old head

Just like many people, work seems to be dominating my life (and when it’s not work it’s lil’ babe – five months old already).

So with a few manic weeks behind me, and a few more ahead – I skipped out on the Fury for a little solo ride.

I’d not done this for ages, either as there’s always someone about up for a ride, mostly coz even group rides have been few and far between.

So off I trogged to my old trails, the ones I know too well to get excited about anymore – but fun enough to make me think “this isn’t so bad..”

And I don;t think I’ve had so much fun in ages! I don’t quite know why but I was carving every turn, popping every root like a hyperactive squirrel on Red Bull..

So that was my fun – now back to work! Lots to get done before flying out to the Taipei Bike Show later this week.
